Our comprehensive approach to examine mechanisms of neurodegeneration involves
utilizing multiple different model systems – mice, flies, zebrafish, and patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells.
We focus on several neurodegenerative diseases including
Polyglutamine diseases and Alzheimer’s Disease & Related Dementias
